Application fees are non-refundable. Each person over 18 who will reside in the home must complete an online application. Each person under 18 residing in the home, even temporarily, must be listed as an additional occupant
Pet-Friendly Community
Eagle Creek Townhomes has a pet policy & breed restrictions
2 pet limit: combined weight of 60lbs
Pet fee: $400 for 1 pet under 25lbs & $600 for 2 pets or 1 OVER 25lbs
Pet rent: $40 for 1 pet under 25lbs $ $60 for 1 pet over 25lbs or 2 pets
All pets are required to pass our pet screening process.

The team at MGC Leasing &Property Management utilizes Rently.com for all of our self-guided tours. You may enter an available ready-to-move-in property yourself anytime between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm every single day!

- Enter your information and schedule a date/time you wish to tour.
- After your tour is completed you will receive additional information about the property, along with an application, if you so desire.
